1. Are the products on Ownly Club authentic?
In India, the biggest concern with luxury beauty is counterfeits and grey-market sellers. Here's how we address that. At Ownly Club, authenticity is our highest priority. Every product undergoes a multi-layered professional authentication process before it is listed. Our team checks:
Bottle packaging & outer cover quality
Printing sharpness & finishing details
Batch ID & serial code verification (via trusted resources like Barcode Lookup)
Cap & atomizer finishing
Fragrance consistency vs. known authentic standards
Label placement & embossing
Manufacturing & expiry date format
Weight and fill level accuracy
In total, 20+ checkpoints are inspected to ensure the product is 100% genuine.
2. Where do you source your products from?
We source from verified resellers and trusted distributors. These distributors are part of the value chain which source directly from brands, and on top we do our checks and only list products that have passed our strict authenticity checks.
3. Is Ownly Club safe to buy from?
Buying luxury products online requires trust in sourcing, verification, and transparency. Ownly Club is built specifically to address this concern.
We provide clear information about our authentication process, sourcing approach, and customer protections. Our goal is to give customers confidence, not just convenience.
4. Why are your prices lower than retail or other marketplaces?
Luxury beauty products are often discounted due to factors such as inventory rotation, regional pricing differences, bulk sourcing, or excess stock from trusted distribution channels. However, discounts alone do not determine authenticity.
Since we work with distributors and resellers and do not have an offline store presence, we can avoid heavy retail markups, so we can offer authentic luxury goods at unmatched prices. Our goal is to make luxury accessible without compromising authenticity.
5. How do I choose which Fragrance is right for me?
Fragrances are very personal and should be purchased to reflect the best version of you. We have an AI concierge which can help you choose the right fragrance. You can always contact us at support@ownlyclub.in to help you make the right choice.
6. What happens if I receive a product that I believe is fake?
In the rare case that you believe a product is not authentic:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos/videos of the product and packaging.
If verified, we will issue a 2X refund immediately.
Your trust is our foundation, and we stand behind every product sold.
7. What is your return & refund policy?
Returns: Accepted only if you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered).
Refunds: Processed in case of proven authenticity issues.
Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Refund Period: Refunds are to be initiated within 15 days of the product being delivered.
8. How do I check the batch code of my Product?
You can check the batch code printed on the bottle or packaging and verify it online at Barcode Lookup or other perfume batch-check sites. This ensures you know the manufacture date, product type, and origin.
9. Do you sell used or opened products?
No. We only sell unused, unopened, and sealed products. Any tester bottles or special editions will be clearly labeled before purchase.
10. Can I cancel or Modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order is processed for shipping. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you need changes.
11. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India.
12. Do you offer Bulk or Corporate Order?
Yes, we accommodate bulk orders and corporate gifting with special pricing and customization options. Contact us directly for these orders.
13. Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes. All prices displayed are inclusive of shipping charges. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or non-availability, any re-delivery charges will need to be borne by the customer.
14. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your package in real-time through the courier's tracking portal.
15. How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster.
16. Do you sell testers or miniatures?
Yes. From time to time, we may list authentic testers and travel-size perfumes. These will be explicitly marked as such and still undergo full authenticity checks.
