2. Our 100-Point Authentication Protocol

Every item passes our 100-point authentication before it is listed for sale, carried out across six stages:

1. Source verification: We only procure inventory from vetted, long-standing partners and verified distribution channels. No peer-to-peer marketplaces. Invoice, manifest and unit count are reconciled on arrival, and a consignment with an unexplained discrepancy is rejected in full.

2. Outer packaging: Seal pattern and fold, carton board quality, print registration, embossing depth and finishing, and the placement and legibility of batch and barcode markings — all compared against reference stock.

3. Bottle and glass: Glass clarity, seam quality, base weight, mould markings, cap fit and collar alignment, with label placement measured rather than eyeballed.

4. Atomiser and juice: Fill level against the stated volume, juice colour and clarity, absence of sediment, dip-tube position, and spray behaviour — a genuine atomiser delivers a fine, even mist rather than a coarse jet.

5. Olfactory check: A trained evaluator assesses the fragrance on blotter across opening, heart and dry-down against a verified reference. Deviation in structure, not just intensity, fails the unit.

6. Batch verification and certification: The batch code is recorded and cross-checked against trusted references to confirm the production period. A QR Certificate of Authenticity is then issued and packed in the box with your order, recording the batch and inspection for the unit you received. We make the same verification tools available to you, so you can confirm it independently.

A unit that fails at any stage is removed from stock rather than listed.

3. Our Authenticity Guarantee

Money-back guarantee: If an item purchased from us is verified as not genuine, we issue a full refund to your original payment method — with no return fee and free reverse pickup — and we share our investigation findings with you.

Authenticity claims do not require the product to be unused; evaluating a fragrance properly means wearing it. Report any concern within 72 hours of delivery and we will investigate. A report from a recognised third-party authentication service strengthens a claim, but it is not mandatory in order to raise one. 4. Transparency FAQ

• Q: Why are your prices lower than the boutique?

  • A: We bypass the "luxury tax" of prime real estate and massive marketing budgets. We are an online store and operate digitally only. Our sourcing comes directly from verified global distributors and curates products that are loved by many of our customers.

• Q: Do items come with original packaging?

  • A: Yes. All items include original boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards as provided by the manufacturer. You will receive the same packaging as what is delivered in store.

• Q: Can I verify the batch code myself?

  • A: Absolutely. The QR Certificate of Authenticity packed in your box records the batch and inspection for the unit you received, and you can check that same batch code independently on public batch-verification tools.
