1. Are the products on Ownly Club authentic?

Yes. At Ownly Club, authenticity is our highest priority. Every product undergoes a multi-layered professional authentication process before it is listed. Our team checks:

  • Bottle packaging & outer cover quality

  • Printing sharpness & finishing details

  • Batch ID & serial code verification (via trusted resources like Barcode Lookup)

  • Cap & atomizer finishing

  • Fragrance consistency vs. known authentic standards

  • Label placement & embossing

  • Manufacturing & expiry date format

  • Weight and fill level accuracy

In total, 20+ checkpoints are inspected to ensure the product is 100% genuine.


2. Where do you source your products from?

We source from verified collectors, resellers, and trusted distributors. While we are not directly affiliated with the original brands, we only list products that have passed our strict authenticity checks.


3. Why are your prices lower than retail or other marketplaces?

Since we work with collectors and resellers and avoid heavy retail markups, we can offer authentic luxury goods at unmatched prices. Our goal is to make luxury accessible without compromising authenticity.


4. What happens if I receive a product that I believe is fake?

In the rare case that you believe a product is not authentic:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. If verified, we will issue a full refund immediately.

Your trust is our foundation — we stand behind every product sold.


5. What is your return & refund policy?

  • Returns: Accepted only if you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered).

  • Refunds: Processed in case of proven authenticity issues.

  • Condition: The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.


6. How do I check the batch code of my perfume?

You can check the batch code printed on the bottle or packaging and verify it online at Barcode Lookup or other perfume batch-check sites. This ensures you know the manufacture date, product type, and origin.


7. Do you sell used or opened products?

No. We only sell unused, unopened, and sealed products. Any tester bottles or special editions will be clearly labeled before purchase.


8. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India. 


9. Is shipping free?

Yes. All prices displayed are inclusive of shipping charges. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or non-availability, any re-delivery charges will need to be borne by the customer.


10. How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver within 2–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster.


11. Do you sell testers or miniatures?

Yes. From time to time, we may list authentic testers and travel-size perfumes. These will be explicitly marked as such and still undergo full authenticity checks.
