Which eyeliner survives Indian summer?

How do I stop eyeliner smudging under my eyes?
Three things: use a primer or a dusting of powder on the lid, choose a waterproof formula, and avoid applying moisturiser or eye cream directly before. Most smudging is the product sliding on a moist surface rather than the liner failing.
Can I return an eyeliner?
Within 15 days if unopened and unused, with a free pickup from your home. Once swatched or applied it cannot be returned, because cosmetics are sealed goods. If the wrong item arrives or it is damaged, tell us within 72 hours and that applies even if it has been opened.
