Eligibility for Returns

Incorrect Product Delivered: Returns are only accepted if the product you receive is different from what you ordered. In such cases, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

No Returns for Personal Reasons: We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of fragrance/skincare, or customer error during ordering.

Authenticity Guarantee: All products sold on Ownly Club are sourced from verified collectors and resellers. We guarantee their authenticity.

Claiming a Product is Fake: If a customer believes a product is not genuine, the following applies:

The product must have been used (to establish claim validity).

The customer must provide written evidence or third-party authentication supporting the claim.

Once verified by Ownly Club, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
