Is Ownly Club legit and safe to buy from?

Yes. Ownly Club is a real, independent Indian business based in Delhi. It is operated by VMFL Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India, and is reachable at support@ownlyclub.in and on WhatsApp at +91 83750 74651. We sell only genuine products, we authenticate every unit before it is listed for sale, and we let you verify authenticity yourself through batch codes and the QR Certificate of Authenticity packed with your order. If a product is ever verified as not genuine, we issue a full refund with no return fee and free reverse pickup.

Who is the seller, and who imports the products?

The seller and importer is VMFL Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India and based in Delhi, trading as Ownly Club at ownlyclub.in. We are not an authorised dealer or distributor for any of the brands we sell, and we do not claim to be. We are an independent parallel importer: we buy genuine, brand-name stock through verified international retail channels and resell it in India. Indian trade mark law expressly permits this for genuine goods that have been lawfully placed on the market. Are the products genuine?

Yes. Every product is genuine and sourced through verified international retail channels, never peer-to-peer marketplaces. Each item passes our 100-point authentication across six stages, including batch-code and barcode checks, before it is listed for sale.

Why are Ownly Club's prices lower than boutiques in India?

The products are the same genuine articles sold worldwide. Because we operate online only and source through verified global retail channels, we avoid the heavy local markups that inflate luxury prices in India. You pay closer to global prices for the exact same product.

What is a parallel import?

A parallel import is a genuine, brand-name product that is bought legitimately in one market and resold in another. Everything Ownly Club sells is genuine and obtained through legitimate retail channels, the same products sold worldwide, sourced the way the rest of the world buys them.

Are these the same products sold in brand boutiques?

Yes. They are the identical genuine products that sell in authorised stores worldwide, in the same original packaging. The difference is how we source and price them, not what they are.

How does Ownly Club authenticate products?

Every product goes through our 100-point authentication before it is listed for sale, across six stages: source verification, outer packaging, bottle and glass, atomiser and juice, an olfactory reference check, and batch verification. This covers packaging and outer-cover quality, printing and finishing, batch ID and serial-code verification, cap and atomizer detail, fragrance consistency, label placement and embossing, date-code format, and weight and fill accuracy. A unit that fails at any stage is removed from stock rather than listed. Each unit ships with a QR Certificate of Authenticity recording that inspection, and where a product can be independently verified through its batch code, we make that possible so you can confirm it yourself.

Where does Ownly Club deliver, and how long does it take?

We deliver across India. Same-day and next-day delivery is available in Delhi NCR, and most other orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Rarer sourced-to-order pieces take a little longer, and every order is delivered within 15 days or is eligible for a full refund.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available across serviceable pin codes in India, and availability is confirmed at checkout. COD orders may be verified by SMS, WhatsApp or a quick call before dispatch.

What if I receive something I believe is not genuine?

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the product and packaging. A report from a recognised third-party authentication service strengthens a claim but is not mandatory in order to raise one. Authenticity claims do not require the product to be unused. If the concern is verified, we issue a full refund to your original payment method, with no return fee and free reverse pickup.

Is Ownly Club related to other businesses called Ownly?
