Yes, completely. Every fragrance we list is the authentic, original product, exactly as the house made it. Each bottle carries a verifiable batch code, and a Certificate of Authenticity is shown right on the product image.

Why is the price lower than I see elsewhere in India?

Because you're paying the global price, not the India markup. It's the same bottle and the same formula sold worldwide, without the local premium added on top.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on the piece. Anything already in our warehouse is dispatched the same day, with same-day delivery across Delhi NCR and tracked delivery to the rest of India. Pieces we source to order are dispatched within 3 to 7 days, and if a sourced order isn't delivered within 15 days, you're covered by our money-back guarantee. Can I track my order?

Yes. The moment your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Message us as soon as you can and we'll catch it before it's packed. Once it has shipped, the simplest route is our 15-day return, still at no cost to you.

For now we ship within India only. When that changes, the house list will be the first to know.
