This is a set we put together ourselves rather than a set made by any of the brands inside it. It is a weekly routine in one box: cleanse, exfoliate with the enzyme mask once or twice a week, then seal with the hydrating cream.

Is this set right for you?

The Pumpkin Enzyme Mask is an exfoliating treatment using pumpkin enzymes and alpha hydroxy acid, so it is best used once or twice a week rather than daily, and it can sting on very sensitive or compromised skin. The Water Drench cream is a hyaluronic acid moisturiser suited to normal, dry and combination skin. If your skin is reactive or you are already using a retinoid or acid serum, introduce the mask slowly and patch test first.

How do I know it is genuine?

Every item carries the manufacturer's batch code and manufacturing date, which you can check yourself against an independent batch code checker. Each unit is inspected against our authentication protocol before it is boxed. If anything about what arrives does not match, our returns policy covers it.

Why is the price lower than I see elsewhere in India?

Because you're paying the global price, not the India markup. It's the same bottle and the same formula sold worldwide, without the local premium added on top.

How long will delivery take?

It depends on the piece. Anything already in our warehouse is dispatched the same day, with same-day delivery across Delhi NCR and tracked delivery to the rest of India. Pieces we source to order are dispatched within 3 to 7 days, and if a sourced order isn't delivered within 15 days, you're covered by our money-back guarantee. Can I track my order?

Yes. The moment your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Message us as soon as you can and we'll catch it before it's packed. Once it has shipped, the simplest route is our 15-day return, still at no cost to you.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
