Are these fragrances genuine?
Yes, completely. Every fragrance we list is the authentic, original product, exactly as the house made it. Each bottle carries a verifiable batch code, and a Certificate of Authenticity is shown right on the product image.
Why is the price lower than I see elsewhere in India?
Because you're paying the global price, not the India markup. It's the same bottle and the same formula sold worldwide, without the local premium added on top.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on the piece. Anything already in our warehouse is dispatched the same day, with same-day delivery across Delhi NCR and tracked delivery to the rest of India. Pieces we source to order are dispatched within 3 to 7 days, and if a sourced order isn't delivered within 15 days, you're covered by our money-back guarantee. The delivery line on each product page shows which applies.
Can I track my order?
Yes. The moment your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel, reach out within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to catch it before it's packed. Once it has shipped, the simplest route is our easy 15-day return.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. Just choose it at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets, plus Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India.
What if my order arrives damaged?
It's rare, but if anything arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away, no fuss.
What if it's not right for me?
You have 15 days to return it, and we arrange a free pickup from your home. If something arrives wrong or isn't right for you, reach out and we'll sort it.
Do you ship internationally?
For now we ship within India only. When that changes, the house list will be the first to know.
Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. Every order arrives sealed and presentation-ready, so it's ready to gift the moment it lands. Leave a note at checkout and we'll keep the invoice out of the parcel.
