Chanel Chance is the original of the family, launched in 2002: a bright, lightly spicy floral where pink pepper and citrus dance over jasmine, with an earthy patchouli and soft vanilla base that gives it more character than a typical pretty floral. It smells optimistic, polished and quietly confident.

This is a true all-rounder: office, daytime plans, dinners and travel, across every season. It wears politely but persistently, so two sprays see out a workday, and it moves from a meeting to an evening without needing a change.

This original is the most balanced: floral, spicy and earthy in equal measure. Eau Tendre is softer and fruitier, Eau Fraiche is greener and fresher, and the Eau de Parfum is this same character with more warmth and staying power.

Yes. The moment your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Message us as soon as you can and we'll catch it before it's packed. Once it has shipped, the simplest route is our 15-day return, still at no cost to you.
