This is the Darci in black and gold, and the contrast is the whole design. A black stainless steel bracelet and case with a gold-tone bezel set in a double row of crystals, and a flat black dial with gold-tone hands and markers.

Black steel is less common than silver or gold and reads as considerably more modern — it is the version people buy when they already own something plain. At 7mm thick the case stays slim despite the visual weight.

It runs a three-hand quartz movement, so there is no winding and no servicing — a battery change every couple of years and nothing else.

Who is it for?

If silver and rose gold feel too familiar, black steel with a gold bezel is the version that gets noticed — harder-edged than the rest of the Darci range and better suited to evening than to the office. How long will delivery take?
