Are these watches genuine?
Yes. Every watch is the authentic piece as the maker made it, in its original box. We buy from trusted distributors, collectors and dealers we have vetted, the same way we source our fragrances. Every watch passes our 100-point authentication, and its reference and case-back serial are recorded on your invoice, so you can check them against the maker's own records.
Is the watch new or pre-loved?
The Condition line under the price tells you. New means new and unworn, in its original box. Pre-Loved means the watch has had one previous owner: it is checked against the maker's own records where the maker keeps them, priced at least 25% under the authorised retail price, and it carries the same Ownly Club 2-Year Warranty, free care and 15-day returns as a new watch. Where the brand's own warranty is still running, the months left are shown beside the condition.
Is the watch covered by warranty?
Yes, by Ownly Club 2-Year Warranty, which gives you the same cover as the brand's own: any fault in how the watch was made is fixed free. You don't visit a service centre. We collect it from your door, repair or replace it, and bring it back, with shipping both ways on us. If a watch also carries a brand warranty we have confirmed, its page names it beside the price.
Will you service my watch later?
Yes, for as long as you own it. Cleaning and a timekeeping and function check are free, always, and shipping both ways is on us. For the first 2 years, anything the brand's warranty would have fixed free, we fix free. Any part that needs replacing outside that is quoted to you upfront, and nothing is done without your approval.
Why is the price different from stores in India?
It is not a discount. A boutique price pays for the boutique: its rent and staff, the brand's India distribution and its warranty network. Our watches come through trusted distributors, collectors and dealers, mostly overstock or earlier production batches of a current model, and we carry the warranty ourselves. The difference is what the store route costs you. The watch is the same reference, movement and finish.
What comes in the box?
The watch in its original box with the instruction booklet, exactly as the maker packed it, plus the Ownly certificate recording the reference and serial of the exact piece you receive. If there is a brand warranty card in the box, don't rely on it for cover in India unless the product page names the brand warranty. Ownly Club 2-Year Warranty covers the watch.
Which case size will suit my wrist?
Measure around your wrist bone with a tape or a strip of paper. Up to about 16.5 cm, a 36 to 38 mm case sits neatest. Between 15 and 18.5 cm, 40 mm is the safe middle and suits most people. Above 17 cm you can carry 42 to 44 mm comfortably, and 45 mm and up wants a wrist of roughly 18 cm or more. The case size and thickness of each watch are listed on its page, drawn to scale beside a coin and a bank card.
Can the bracelet be resized?
Yes. Steel bracelets have removable links and any watchmaker can take them out in a few minutes, usually for a very small fee. Keep the removed links with the box; you'll want them if you ever sell the watch or your wrist changes.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on the piece. Anything already in our warehouse is dispatched the same day, with same-day delivery across Delhi NCR and tracked delivery to the rest of India. Pieces we source to order are dispatched within 3 to 7 days. The delivery line on each product page shows which applies.
What if it isn't right for me?
You have 15 days to return it and we arrange a free pickup from your home. It needs to come back unworn and with everything it arrived with, box included. If the bracelet has already been sized, keep the removed links and send those back too.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 72 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away. In Delhi NCR you can check the parcel at your door before the rider leaves.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets, plus Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India.
Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. Every order arrives sealed and presentation-ready. Leave a note at checkout and we'll keep the invoice out of the parcel.
