Almost none of it is sold in India through official retail. There is no Le Labo counter, no Byredo boutique, no Xerjoff stockist. What exists domestically is a thin and largely unverified grey market, which is exactly why these houses are among the most counterfeited in the world. We import them properly and authenticate every bottle before it ships.

Where to start
If you are moving into niche from designer fragrances, the honest advice is to start with something that performs. Initio Oud For Greatness, Xerjoff Naxos and Parfums de Marly Delina all project strongly and last, so the price feels justified from the first wear. Byredo and Le Labo are quieter by design — beautiful, but they sit close to the skin, and buyers who expect a compliment magnet are sometimes disappointed. That is a house philosophy, not a fault, and it is worth knowing before you spend.

Very often, yes. Byredo, Le Labo, Initio and most of Xerjoff sell nothing as men's or women's — the compositions are built around materials rather than gendered accords.
Which niche fragrances work in Indian heat?
Acqua di Parma's Blu Mediterraneo range, Xerjoff Erba Pura, Initio Musk Therapy and Byredo Bal d'Afrique are the warm-weather picks — lighter, citrus or musk-led and low on sweetness. The oud and gourmand fragrances are better saved for weddings, evenings and cooler months.

Can I return a niche perfume?
Yes, within 15 days, provided the product is unopened and unused. If a bottle arrives broken or incorrect, report it within 48 to 72 hours and we will replace or refund it.
